When you order products your credit card is charged immediately & if you choose to cancel the order after the order has been placed a 5% cancellation fee will be added and the remaining amount will be credited.Stocked items are processed within 2-3 days and once the item ships a tracking number will be provided. Shipping times vary depending on your location, weight and size of the product.
Orders containing Hoods,Trunks,Spoilers,Body Kits & Wheels may take a bit longer due to special handling.All high performance parts & accessories are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Service.Tracking Order Numbers are provided once available
to the customer.
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify RK MotorsportsPro within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to our Guarantees and a Refund.

- Keep the product with it's original packaging and box
- Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
- RK MotorSportsPro will contact the shipper once we receive the e-mail info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from RK MotorSportsPro.
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be used. Credit is good for 12 months from the date of issue to use as Store Credit.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for 35% restocking fee. and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.If the product must be returned to the manufacturer,their restocking fee and return policy will be used as well.
To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept the return.All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date.No items will be returnable after 30 days.
